Appraisal Management (AMC)
SWIFT has over 30 years of experience in managing the appraisal process for lender clients with care and compliance foremost in mind. Three of our managing members are former Chief Appraisers at major lending institutions. SWIFT has processed thousands of appraisal orders and reviews for lender clients of various sizes.
Appraisal Management Services:
- Assignment ordering; tracking & record keeping
- Assemblage; maintenance or screening of approved appraiser list
- Ensured compliance for all licenses, insurance and certifications from vendors
- Full review services for commercial, industrial, residential and special purpose assets.
- Oversight grading and scheduled redundant sampling of vendors to ensure the highest quality work product
- Policy and procedure standardization from scratch or we can modernize existing policy

- Quarterly monitoring and oversight of vendors and review product for compliance and qualitY
External Review Vendor Services
Our external vendor model is perfectly suited to assist lenders with overflow volume or temporary load leveling needs. We integrate seamlessly with in house appraisal departments including Chief Appraisers or Risk Managers.
